I cannot wait to get into the review part *rubbing palms* it’s going to be a joy ride, for the car is set in motion. The movie is going to be thorn into parts for you to know it’s a great, good or… Bad movie. Worth the hype or not! Review: A girl runs through a dark forest scared of something unknown… well I guess that was how … wrote the teaser of October 1, what can I say, but I loved it! I loved the suspense right from the very start of the movie. So at the very start of the movie, a red moon in a dark night, screams are hea...

Review:
It's not an easy task turning a game to a movie and still trying to stay true to the game... did the producers of “The Assassins creed” take this fact into consideration or not? i wish I could tell you, but am not in their heads… *sorry*

The apple of freewill is being searched for, and it’s presumably the road map to lead us to why people are violent... I think more violence should have been shown in the movie, considering the fact that “violence” wanted to be understood.

I liked the Humor, it worked out in some scenes like when Lynch said "Am hungry..." In between his discussion with Sofia, also when Baptist said “it’s an open menu but we do recommend a chicken”, then we found out he was mimicking the waitress. Loved it! I expected more after Lynch replied with "what the fuck is happening"… but he left me like, “is this for real, what the fuck is happening”??
At some point when the guard said “We are feeding the beast...” I expected to see the beast in Lynch, probably grow, then surface… Expected more. The ancestors come to life picture wasn't quite explained, how did this happen? This was no longer a “bleeding effect” for sure, so how?

Lynch didn't show traits of aggression for someone who had aggression in his bloodlines… hmmm… I did not understand the protagonist goals till the very end, yes he was searching for the apple... Is that all?? The subplot brought up of Sofia's father constantly claiming her work and achievements as his own wasn't well developed, The search for the apple that held "the supposed free will"... When Sofia's father held it in his hand before The knights Templar, revealing some high definition technology... I said to myself "wait for it, something is about to happen... And then… Nothing. I was expecting to see more aggression, anger, suspense, wit... Fun, in the movie. They are human assassins, aren't they, jeez...By the way, what were the other Assassins doing in the facility? Waking up, eating, cracking jokes and mopping around?? The other assassins were under used and I couldn't understand their roles...  They were Assassins for crying out loud!!! Not normal people! Oh my!!! A huge narrative imbalance. The story was too short. The Storyline was indecisive.

A High definition technology well portrayed with the Animus machine. Good dialogues, some misplaced though... The smoke and lighting were impressive, but the switch of scenes between the past and present were sometimes confusing and distracting. The shots were good...

I left the movie theater with a blank look on my face... Feeling like I had almost just wasted my time and money. But then, I got to write a review for you *big grin*

It's not an easy task turning a game to a movie and still try to stay true to the game... But you either do it and do it well or don't do it at all to avoid the present situation of being a flop.
