Kanayo, Bob Manuel, Nick Rhys Screenplay: Tunde Babalola Director: Kunle Afolayan October 1 is one movie that was highly anticipated by myself and am sure a whole lot of people. I actually thought the movie was going to be basically about how Nigeria gained her Independence, but the writer proved me wrong. Ouch! I cannot wait to get into the review part *rubbing palms* it’s going to be a joy ride, for the car is set in motion. The movie is going to be thorn into parts for you to know it’s a great, good or… Bad movie. Worth the hype or not! Review: A girl runs through a dark forest scared of something unknown… well I guess that was how … wrote the teaser of October 1, what can I say, but I loved it! I loved the suspense right from the very start of the movie. So at the very start of the movie, a red moon in a dark night, screams are hea...
When was the last time you attended a Wedding
party? I for one, cannot remember... Oh wait! Last year I did! I saw ‘The
Wedding Party Movie’ at the cinemas! That counts right? *LOL*
P.S I am not one of you that haven’t
attended a wedding in long time. Plus, mine was actually more fun than some of
you who are regulars at attending real life wedding events, no offence. None
taken, I know right. *grin* don’t get me wrong, you have no ‘behind the scene’
moments, but I do.
I got to see and feel the experience
behind the whole razzmatazz from planning a wedding up until the actual wedding
party. 'The wedding party' movie budget was #60 million which also grossed over
#400 million. Sources say that the budget of ‘The wedding Party 2' movie budget
was triple that of its predecessor.... Judging from the behind the scenes
pictures of exquisite locations released by the producers of the film, I think
we will not recover quickly from the experience of 'The wedding Party2' *in a
good way*.
FYI, I will be attending this Wedding
Party, the only thing missing would probably be stock fish stew and the
Amala... Oh how I wish, well no worries it'll be replaced with Popcorn and
drink. Is it going to fall short of expectation or beat its predecessor? We are
anxiously waiting for ‘The Wedding Party 2!
Till next time…
